Friday Features: The Bulldog is Back, Luke Strobel is Fast, and an Inside Look at Mavic

Last year Brook MacDonald stepped into the role of premiere rider for the Trek World Racing Team after Aaron Gwin signed with Specialized in a surpise move. The Bulldog earned a second place early in the season at For Williams, but a shoulder injury at PMB forced him to retire from the last two races of the season for surgery.

Like a dog who’s tasted blood, Brook is looking fierce,  and we wish him all the best in the upcoming season.

Mavic was founded one hundred and twenty five years ago, the same year that the Eiffel Tower was built. To celebrate, the French company has released this video of their passionate team of employees and talanted sponsored athletes crushing it on road bikes and slaying some trail.

GoPro footage tends to make even your coolest adventures look tame.

Was that tame comment about Luke Strobel’s footage sarcastic?

Amazing run. Try that on a 29er 😉

Yea; that little loss of traction on the road bike was intense.
