IB13: Slime Pro Sealant Now Better & CO2 Compatible

slime pro tubeless tire sealant is now CO2 compatible

Slime has reformulated to make their sealant flow better and stay liquid longer -up to six or more months- and is now CO2 compatible.

They say with other sealants, blasting a CO2 cartridge into the tire can freeze it up, making it pretty difficult for it to flow quickly into the holes you’re trying to plug. Theirs remains unaffected, letting it get where it need to go to get you back on the bike.

With that in mind, they’re now packaging it with sister brand Genuine Innovations’ threaded CO2 chuck and two large canisters. It even comes with a roll of Gorilla Tape, giving you a complete tubeless conversion kit for $59.

The Slime Pro sealant is also available on its own in several bottle sizes.

Oh, that is great…new products. Now if they would only keep the distributors flush with the old products everything would be great…

emmm.. pretty simple solution for that. that presta valve you are about to blast with co2. Simply spin the wheel so the presta vavle is at 9,12, or 3 o’clock position. Blast away at that point. All your sealant will be at the bottom of your tire not in the path of the co2 blast.

Also, slime pro price per ounce vs. stans price per ounce. Do the math. Slime pro is a huge rip off in terms of price per ounce.
