Thats an old Amp disc brake rotor and caliper I think.

That sure looks like an Amp/Hayes cable actuated hydraulic brake. I now feel very old despite being just 31 years young!

rock shox disc brake. i have a set, and the 3 bolt hub from white
AMP Research cable actuated caliper and 1st gen disc. I’m still running a second gen disc (floating design) I got at Interbike Philly in 1995 on my ’95 S-Works FSR
AMP disc for sure – I would say circa 1995.
Remember seeing it reviewed in a german MTB magazine – I think the caliper sheared off the fork, or the disc off the hub.
At least it is not anodised purple

or maybe early CODA (Cannondale discs)…
