Klinggon is an upstart company that’s wrapped up its Kickstarter campaign and is in the midst of production of their dual-shot injection molded cord catcher for athletes.

It’s a two-piece unit that uses strong neodymium magnets to hold itself in place on your jersey, shirt or whatever. The front piece uses a harder plastic base with softer, grippier silicone to hold the cable snugly.

Retail should be about $30, and they’re targeting late August/early September availability.

The back piece is smooth, so it shouldn’t rub you the wrong way. For cyclists, this could keep your dangling headphone cord from catching on the stem or constantly rubbing your knee.
