It’s a floating bridge on the first day of the Sani2C – a 3 day stage race from Underberg in the mountains to Scottburgh on the coast. It is fully supported, and incredibly popular. I’ve done it 4 times, and it is my favourite race of the year.
I haven’t fallen into the lake (yet)!

That is the Sani2C 3 day MTB stage race. It starts in the middle of KZN, South Africa and ends on the beach at Scottburgh. This floating bridge is on day 1, around 20km in. Very cool.
