Looks like a shock bushing press.
IRD cable operated seatpost release.
I’m going to guess that it’s a fancy QR seat clamp binder bolt
AM Classic QR seat clamp? Nice to American made on the lever.
Bearing puller for suspension bikes
Total shot in the dark – Prototype Clix quick release skewer.
(Man, Shiggy is everywhere.)
Looks like same flag sticker Control Tech used to use on its stems.
Looks like a jenky seatpost clam to me.
It’s the IRD cable actuated seat post release as Will Black already stated. Used in conjunction with a Height Rite spring it was the ghetto late 80s/early 90s version of today’s dropper posts….with this being the “advanced handlebar mount” version.
Remotely actuated seatpost QR for use with a hite rite. A reliable, modern version of this could make dropper posts obsolete.
looks like a locking seat post clamp.
Answer from Shiggy: “Interloc Racing Design remote seat binder QR. Used with a Hite-Rite and a thumb shifter on the handlebar.”
