I commend the small business push. However, I have a question: How long do we support a small business? I find it sad that people feel sorrow and pity for the hard-working small business owner, but then piss on them and call them sellouts when their small businesses becomes so successful (maybe ’cause of all that hard work?) that it becomes a–GULP!–big business.

I have a theory, still in the works, that claims that all big companies were at one time small ones. Not sure, but I am homing on some signs that this could be a truism.

I don’t mind supporting large companies as long as they act ethically and actively do social good. Not many large companies do this, unfortunately.
