NAHBS 2011 – Herbie Helm, Cysco and Groovy Cycleworks
CYSCO CYCLES
GROOVY CYCLEWORKS
Groovy’s green bike is for a customer in Holland that wanted a low, aggressive position. They used 650B wheels and full internal cable routing and custom plates to keep cables in place for a Rohloff rear hub. The EBB was made in house, as was the Lov Handle bar and a box section crowned fork. Cranks are their Hot Rod cranks designed by Bill Grove and built in house. House made ti post for a bit of give. $6000-range for a similar bike.
The EBB insert holds the BB, then clamps into position to lock it down.
The cable guide/retainer for the Rohloff hub is removable should the owner ever want to just run it as a singlespeed.

is that first one a 26er, the wheels look really small compared to the seat and the massive head tube?
second, purple and white one, slammed seat post, clip on aero bar, and high rise stem…..ew
Pink fixie: that is gross and unsafe amount of spacers, also fixies with drops should have different pedals
Green 650b: nice paint, not sold on 650 b but that is for other reasons But is that a BMX crank or what kind is it ? That seat to bar drop looks like enough to fit a beer bottle into, is that frame really big enough, and actually comfortable?
