Nalini Introduces Compression Bibshorts, Jersey, Plus New SS/LS Jacket

Nalini, who makes clothes for many of the pro road teams, has just introduced new compression wear and a mid-season convertible cycling jacket.

The Lambro Bibshort (left) and Drava Bibknicker (not shown) use “graduated muscle compression” to increase blood flow and speed lactic acid elimination, which they say improves endurance. They also claim the garments help reduce muscle pain following a workout.

The Compression Lambro Bibshort and Drava Bibknickers are (obviously) tight
fitting, with a silicon gripper at the leg hem, reflective tape, plus the comfortable Nalini ECP Print pad. Contrasting 4-needle stitching adds strength and aesthetic accents. Lambro MSRP: $155, Drava MSRP: $165. I’ve been wearing some other Nalini bibshorts for a while and will readily admit they’re my favorites in the summer.

Check out the Compression Panaro Jersey and Vomano jacket after the break…

The Panaro Jersey is extremely tight fitting, water resistant, with a silicon gripper at the bottom, plus an invisible zipper, three back pockets, and reflective tape. MSRP: $150

The Vomano Jersey takes advantage of Nalini’s patented Quick-Burst sleeve removal system, first seen on their Mango jacket in 2009.  Medium weight and windproof, the Vomano can be converted from long-sleeve to short in a snap by simply grabbing the upper part of the sleeve and pulling the zipper open. This reveals traditional short sleeves (rather than a sleeveless vest).

Other key features of the Vomano include an anatomical fit, Coolmax collar insert, breathable mesh insert, mobile phone pocket, and a silicon gripper strip at the bottom. Available in Blue/Black, Black/White, White/Black, Red/Black, and Green/White.  MSRP: $250
