Yep, that’s a Pac Man fender on that Brompton bike. Handmade by the folks at Nisnas Cycles where they make their own frames, bike bags, and fenders. Here’s a little bio from Yossi:

“My name is Yossi, my friends and I run a small community oriented workshop in Wadi Nisnas, Haifa-Israel. In an ancient open air market between the vegitables and hanging meat is our small workshop. We make custom commuters but dabble in wood fender work and bags. twice a week we build junkyard customs with the neighborhood kids and make sure all the work is local for good business and decent Karma.”
