Like the 2011 Focus Mares Cross, the new BH Bikes’ RX1 Cyclocross bike is so hot you probably can’t get one.

Well, unless you’ve already ordered it through your shop and have been pounding the circuit on it already. For those eyeing an upgrade for next year, here’s the deets to whet your appetite (from Jeff at BH, who simply copy/pasted from their website):

The new Carbon RX1 is a benchmark among top-level cyclocross bikes. The RX1’s innovative internal top tube cable routing allows us to optimize the top tube shape for perfect shouldering and holding.  Featuring a 1.5” tapered fork, oversize fork legs, and BB30 bottom bracket, racers are going to be thrilled with the RX1’s incredible stiffness and control. With a reputation for winning, the RX1 is designed and built to perform for the best riders in the world at the top level of the sport—as well as amateurs and recreational racers seeking the best-performing equipment to reach the next level.

It comes in four sizes (52, 54, 56, 57) and has a pretty tall 60mm BB height. It’s the third iteration of a ‘cross bike from the Spanish company to hit the U.S. since the brand hit our shores in 2007. Shown here with Reynolds Assault carbon wheels and SRAM Rival, it weighs in about 17.2lbs (there’s also a cheaper option with Mavic Aksiums) MSRP is, well, it doesn’t really matter, does it? Oh, OK, it’s $2,150 for a frameset or $2,999 for the base Rival model. It’s also available in a black/white/red color scheme.
