Press Release: On July 17, a cross-country relay of Alzheimerâ€™s researchersÂ began their journey to make Alzheimerâ€™s Disease a nationalÂ priority. They left San Francisco with a goal of presenting CongressÂ with 50,000 signatures at the end of their journey. As of August 23Â when the ride passed through Kansas City, the Alzheimersâ€™Â Breakthrough Ride had collected over 80,000 signatures. The ride willÂ end on September 21, World Alzheimerâ€™s Day, when dozens ofÂ researchers will ride the final leg to Capitol Hill.
