Interbike 2009 – New GU Recovery Brew, Pineapple Gel and Holiday Flavors

INTERBIKE 2009 – GU debuted a new flavor for this holiday season, Vanilla Gingerbread, to accompany the Mint Chocolate from winters past.

For those in warmer climates, there’s a new Pineapple GU Roctane flavor, and for aprés ride, there’s the new Recovery Brew in two flavors: Orange Pineapple and Strawberry Watermelon.  It has 8g protein and 52g carbs (17g sugars) per serving along with vitamins C & E and electrolytes.  Along those same lines, the Gu2O sports drink has been renamed GU Electrolyte Brew.
