Found: Random Pics from 2009 European Handmade Bicycle Show
Dale from Cycles de ORO sent a link to a random photo (shown after the break), and a little digging found the list of photos on a foreign site.  I couldn’t find links from their main pages or read the language, so here’s some eye-candy with absolutely no official descriptions.
Check the rubber strap used for the return spring on these “handmade” carbon brake arms.  The high tech of carbon is nicely contrasted by the redneck engineering and very old brake pads.

Yep, you can take home this bike and the associated intellectual property for just 58,000 €.
…so that’s what people are using these old Magura’s for!
We did a post on this and other sweet Rafael bikes here.
I call this one the “Tongue Biter”
Vicious Cycles takes advantage of the hip bamboo bike trend… Looks a little “fresh” to me.
Check out the carbon fork legs molded into the cut crown lug.  Also, as best I can tell (they’re in the bike photo below, too) those are red LED lights in the stem cap.
Note the wood trimmed headset.  Gorgeous.
This is the same bike with the carbon brakes from the start of this post.
