Lance Armstrong Wins Blast the Mass, Becomes Colorado State XC Champion
Lance Armstrong, who’s been in CO training for the Leadville 100 showdown with Dave Wiens next weekend, won the Blast the Mass cross country race Saturday to become the Colorado State Champion.
The race, held in Snowmass, CO, was 23 miles long and had 4,700 feet of climbing.
“Just finished the Mountain States Cup here in Snowmass,” said Armstrong via Twitter.com “Won and became the Colorado state champ. Pretty cool 4 a Texan!
