BIKERUMOR.com 2009 SEA OTTER CLASSIC COVERAGE: Ergon has some new grips for riders that don’t want or like the bigger palm pad design they’ve become known for.

Called the GA1, they’re available in Black, White and Green and use an aluminum lock ring on the outer edge to secure them to your handlebar.  They’re slightly shaped, but use the traditional round grip most people are used to.

They’re also launching some new models using their signature large palm pad.  Hit “more” to see those…

The GX3 offers a long composite bar end with grippy sections.

The GC3 has an inward bend and is intended for touring.

These Ergon guys still have the worst packaging around - what a waste.

FYI….

1. All the packaging can be recycled….should the consumer decide to do so.

2. This packaging allows you, the consumer, to try the grips before buying. It also keeps us for producing POP displays for bike shops which often require more materials to be used.

3. New packaging is being released very soon.
