Photo submitted by Nick Perkins, “I took this photo on a solo ride (Saturday) morning (113km/1062m elevation). It’s just outside Zipacón, a colonial town 2700m above sea level in the mountains to the west of Bogotá, Colombia. It was a beautiful sunny morning, cool enough to push hard without breaking too much of a sweat, not much traffic… perfect for a blast through the mountains!”

“I built my bike myself using a 2013 Diamondback Podium 7 frame with a semi-compact Ultegra groupset, Fizik Cyrano R1 bars, Deda Superleggero seatpost, Fizik Arione R3 saddle, and Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels with 25mm Continental GP 4Season tyres. It comes in at 7.6 kilos, which I am happy with!”

We always love seeing photos from where you are riding and are happy to share them with our readers around the world here on the Pic Of The Day. Send in your pics with a brief description here.
