Toting around your youngster is a great way to spend some time on the bike and with the family, but child carriers are not exactly cheap. Seeing the market for a less expensive option, Burley has released the new Minnow single child carrier.
Priced at $269, the Burley Minnow is their least expensive single-child carrier by a margin of more than $200. That price doesn’t sacrifice quality though. Like all Burley carriers, it has a five point harness, aluminum roll cage, and a large storage area in the back for all the extra snacks, books, and toys you need to bring along. Additionally, the Minnow sports tinted windows, 20-inch push-button removable wheels, and it folds flat for easy storage.
According to Burley President Allison Coughlin, the Minnow came about due to customer demand: “We listened to our customers and realized there was a need for a quality, entry-level single-seat trailer that wouldn’t break the bank,. With the Minnow, we were able to build off of the trusted design of our existing line, more specifically the Burley Bee, and tailor it to what many of our customers were currently looking for.”
