Kitsbow Womens Henley jersey

With the brand fairly established as the ‘style and performance at any cost’ clothier, Kitsbow is just now introducing their first women’s jersey. Named the All-Mountian, Kitsbow’s first female specific jersey continues the brand’s focus on style, material, and details while still performing at a high level on the bike. Kitsbow designer and co-founder Charlie Cronk says,

“The women’s line mirrors our men’s line. By that, I mean a dedication to beautiful, technical fabrics, great fit and functional details that become evident as the pieces are worn on the bike—now designed distinctly for the female mountain biker.”

Combined with the recently introduced Women’s All Mountain Short, the All-Mountain Jersey provides Kitsbow’s first full kit for women. The announcement of the jersey also coincides with new sizing and color options for the shorts, by customer request.

Offered in black and silver sage, jerseys will use a blend of 48% nylon, 46% merino wool, and 6% spandex. External nylon provides better abrasion resistance than wool alone, while the inner wool lining remains soft to the skin. Inspired by the classic Henley, the jersey uses shaped seams and hem as well as a scooped neckline and snap collar for on and off the bike style and fit. Two large traditional pockets join a zippered side pocked as well as a microfiber sunglass cleaning cloth sewn into the hem. A gripper waist band and loop tab closures at the sleeve openings are also included. The Loop Tab closures allow you to easily roll up the sleeves, if the 3/4 length is too hot.

Available in XS-XL, the Women’s All Mountain jersey will set you back $195.

  1. Seems far too cheap. How can they make a profit at that price, with clothing intended exclusively for the wives of presidents?
