As the firth and final installment in the Easton Dream Bike Charity Sweepstakes, Easton will be giving away this candy apple red Hunter at the end of this month. Just like the other bikes that have been raffle off, tickets can be purchased for $5 through Easton’s Facebook Page. Even if you don’t win, you can feel good in the fact that the money is being donated to a worthy cause – in this case the American Red Cross with Hunter stating,“There are a lot of great nonprofits in the world. But Red Cross… They’re the ones on the ground, offering help to the people that need it most,” When asked about the bike Hunter said, “I wanted to make this thing special. It’s basically my dream road bike, in a smaller size.”

What makes this a dream bike? Check out the details after the break.

Building bikes since 1993, Rick Hunter has been TIG welding and fillet brazing steel frames out of his Davenport, CA location for over 20 years now. This particular frame is a double butted steel beauty with massive chainstays and sculpted seat stays in a 55cm frame.

Like the rest of the Dream Bikes the Hunter is equipped with a full Shimano Dura Ace and Easton EC90 carbon components package including the new Easton EC90 Aero 55 wheels.

We have worked hard to restore all that we could, but if you comment is not showing, please note that it is likely due to the website error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  1. I bought a black and gold 3 speed ladies Hunter cycle with Rambler stickers on the chain cover and middle cross bar. The tires are gold/cream off and on road design. The tire frame is gold. Could you tell me more about the type of bike it is and about the company. Also, what is the price value new and used. Thanks…..
