George Thorogood and the Destroyers. Bikes. Breadwinner. America. That pretty much sums up this sweet video showcasing the talents of Breadwinner Cycles, otherwise known as Tony Pereira and Ira Ryan. Hand built in Portland, OR, there are currently 6 models of custom TIG-welded steel bikes quipped with as many US made parts as possible, all delivered in 8 weeks or less.

I just fell for this like a tween girl for the latest boy band.

That JB Racer looks stunning. I see a single speed option for it, but was really dreaming of seeing a dual belt option.

oh damn that one dude isnt wearing a helmet. If he cant make intelligent choices, can I really trust him to build my bike frame?? Lets all disregard his skillset and passion because of it!….it goes something like that right guys??

Been a big fan of both of these builders for a while. Stunning work. Makes me want to visit their shop when I head up to Portland this fall. Not sure I can justify another bike. Maybe I’ll need to trim the bikes down before I go to justify it a bit more. I do miss the old logos. So simple. But hey, out with the old I guess. Best of luck to you chaps

I am coming to your over-hyped city this weekend, but a bike just isn’t in the budget. Do you have any stylish flannel shirts I could purchase instead?

So…. What is so special about these bikes? Seems like another standard steel boutique bike…
