A Biking Bible for Everyone” by Rob Coppolillo, a writer for the periodicals Velo News, Rocky Mountain Sports, and Climbing.  This 186-page illustrated paperback is aimed primarily at teens and neophytes and promises to serve as an introduction to all the basics of  bicycles and those who utilize them for work, sport, and pleasure. This “Bicycle Bible” will then take the budding rider on an in-depth guided tour of the history of cycling, why we ride, bicycle racing, mechanics and maintenance, choosing the steed that’s right for you, and safety. Coppolillo, your guide on this in-depth tour, is himself a life-long bicycle aficionado, having grown up on BMX bikes and progressing through competitive racing to his current life as a writer and mountain bike tour director in Italy and other bike-friendly locales, such as those near his hometown of Boulder, Colorado.
