The logo is a dead giveaway. Machine Tech cantilever brakes.

Yep. Machine Tech cantis from 1993-1995 or so. Immediately predating v-brakes. Those things were sweet, along with the stems (crazy looking) and brake levers.

Machine Tech ZeroFlex brakes. One of the few CNC cantilevers which was quiet, powerful, and reliable.
