2013-Scott-Gambler-downhill-mountain-bike-preview2

In testing for a while under the likes of Brendan Fairclough and Scott11, the new Gambler downhill mountain bike will make its formal debut at Crankworx Whistler in just a couple weeks.

Specs and details will be posted here shortly, but you can check out these detail close ups of one of the test rigs at Sea Otter here and a few other leaked photos to keep you sated. Not going to Crankworx and in the media? You’re first chance to test it out will be at Interbike’s Outdoor Demo, where you can race one against Leigh Donovan for fame and glory (or just some prizes).

Another glamour shot out of the gate…

Info isn’t that scant… it’s already been ridden and reviewed along with full details on pinkbike: http://www.pinkbike.com/news/Scott-Gambler-2013-First-Ride.html

Also, that should say “Brendan Fairclough” not “Darren”

Brendan ‘Brendog’ Fairclough-English rides for Scott……Darren ‘Bearclaw’ Berrecloth-American rides for Specialized.
You’ll get the hang of this journalism stuff eventually.

Darren “Bearclaw” Berrecloth: Qualicum Beach, BC Canada. Not American.

You’ll get the hang of snarky anonymous talkbacks eventually.

I also second that “No Kashima Coating” for that fork? I would have thought the top of the line gambler got the top of the line fork, especially with the new fork in the works already.
