They look like the J-disc ti hubs circa 90/91ish …Don’t recall, but possibly sourced from Nuke Proof

Nuke proof never made anything with such a small diameter center in ti….unless these are one-offs. My money is on the j-disc reference or more likely…Hi-E.

That’s a pair of custom Cunningham modified Hi-E hubs I believe.
