SRAM has officially unveiled its new line line of internal gear hubs at the Taipei Cycling Show. Part of this new line up is the Auto-2 automatically shifting hub. It has adjustable points at speeds 12, 14, and 18 kph. This hub is targeted toward folding and commuter bikes.

The new SRAM multi-speed internal gear hubs will be available at the end of the year. They come in both 7 and 8 speed versions and reportedly require very little shifting force. Samples of the 7 and 8 speed hubs will be available in August.

Has anyone seen any samples of the 7 or 8 speed hubs at any of the recent shows or elsewhere?
