Blue Competition Cycles just pulled the cover off it’s 2011 cyclocross bikes, which includes the revised SL (above) and the all-new EX and SP to offer both carbon and alloy frames.

Tested as first generation bikes in the 2009/10 season by pro rider Jonathan Page, the 2011 Norcross SL gets a little better with more chainstay clearance and full carbon dropouts on the fork. It keeps the BB30 bottom bracket and tapered 1.5″ headtube.

Below that, the all-new EX uses the same frame geometry as the SL, but gets a different monocoque carbon layup that comes in about 150g heavier.  It shares the tapered HT and BB30, though, and uses the same fork as the 2010 SL.

Lastly, the Norcross SP replaces the outgoing CX6.5 bike and becomes the alloy option for Blue riders. It, too, shares the tapered HT and BB30, making it a budget performer.

In other news regarding Blue, they’re donating $100 to SORBA for every mountain bike frame sold, and a portion of each ‘cross bike they sell goes to helping Page keep racing across the pond.
