The 21st annual Trek 100 Ride For Hope, a fundraiser to support critical pediatric cancer and related blood disorder research,  is set for Saturday, June 12 at Trek’s Waterloo, Wisconsin headquarters, and registration for the event is now open.

Riders can choose from 100, 62, 36, or 19 mile loops, and must raise $1 for every mile they plan to ride. Entry for the event is $40, which can’t be included in the per-mile fundraising, but gets riders a 2010 Trek 100 t-shirt, a pre-ride breakfast, snacks along the routes, and post-ride festivities.

Trek says that the Trek 100 has contributed over $8 million since 1990, and all proceeds go to the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer fund.

Registration is open now through May 25th, and there will be no race day registration, so participants must make the May 25 registration deadline. For more information on fund raising requirements and to register for the event, visit the Trek 100 homepage here.
