The Zane Gray trail is a part of the larger mountain bike trail system of  Wilder Ranch State Park just west of Santa Cruz, CA that stretches from the Santa Cruz Mountains down to the bluffs overlooking the coast.

Bikerumor Pic Of The Day: A new Michigan life for a randonneur classic

Pic-of-the-Day_Scott-Bendle-Clarkston-MI-randonneur

Scott Bendle sent us this photo of his “newly completed build of a frame that is over 12 years old.” This large fillet brazed Gilles Berthoud tourer is a fairly rare bike and was a project that the original owner sadly never got a chance to complete. Scott took up the mantle and is now riding the bike around Clarkston, north of Motor City on this classy build.

Bikerumor Pic Of The Day: Southern Tasmania, Australia

bikerumor pic of the day southern tasmania australia

Photo submitted by Matthew Turner, “This is a nice little rock-slab track on Fourfoot Plain near Geeveston in Southern Tasmania, Australia.
Our 70km loop that day took in gravel, back-roads, some questionable tracks requiring a walk with bikes overhead, massive bottom-bracket soaking puddles, a ton of elevation and awesome descents! Fuelled by coffee and pastries to start and burgers to finish.”
