Do they seriously not have a quick release seatpost. How can this be a fleet ‘vehicle’?

So you’re basing your reaction entirely upon a few photos and assuming that they might not have options?

Well…all the photos seem to show no QR seatpost, which is a huge mistake. I guess these photos could all be wrong, and the actual bikes will have a QR, but yeah…the whole idea of bike sharing implies some adjustability!

If the only thing you have to complain about on this is the seat collar, which is a pretty easy swap to make, then they are doing pretty well. Think about it, they are talking about customizing the bike to match company colors and graphics, do you really think their line in the sand here is going to be putting on QR seat collars? These are obviously stock photos of their bikes, just go with it.

Pick any manufacturer, get the base model (cheapest) and be done with it.

Good lord do we really need to “design” everything? Its a generic bike that is going to be shared, it doesn’t need any “designing”.

I swear everything is made more complicated now so that people can have jobs.

I guess they are also going to share a frame mounted pump also based on pics.

The same company is going to design a new drinking glass. Looks like any other generic glass but trust them, it is designed.
