Photo submitted by Chris Wright, “This pic of my mate Dan was taken just south of Didcot on a Ride From Portsmouth to Oxford (100 miles fully loaded). The ride was meant to be the first part of a four day journey from Portsmouth to Llanberis where we were going to climb Mount Snowdon on our cross bikes. Unfortunately we had to abandon the ride the next morning due to the unbearable pain of a knee injury I had sustained a few weeks before. We were massively disappointed to have to abandon our trip but at least we had that one awesome day with great weather great riding and great friends. It made us all the more determined to go back and give it another go next year.”
