Many riders mark the beginning of summer by the opening of the Whistler’s chairlifts to bikes. So it should come as no surprise that when Bernard Kerr saw the mountain was good to go with a break in the World Cup action in Europe, he made a beeline straight for the lifts. One of the kings of having a great time on a bike while making it all look easy, Bernard takes out some aggression on a teddy bear towards the end…

From the world of Red Bull we have one of the top BMX riders in the world learning how to loop.

Daniel Wedemeijer is one of the biggest names in Freestyle BMX to come out of Amsterdam. Now he is determined to strike a full loop off of his BMX bucket list.

Many people train for years to complete a single Ironman distance triathlon. The Iron Cowboy plans to do 50 of them – in a row. Oh, and each one will be in a different state. It would be a challenge just to visit 50 states in 50 days, let alone race a full distance triathlon each day along the way. Using one of 3 different Fezzari bikes, Rudy Project gear, and other things like Jaybird headphones, the journey starts Saturday in Hawaii with James Lawrence racing to raise awareness of childhood obesity. As if that wasn’t enough, each night the Iron Cowboy will be hosting free 5K runs in each state. I’m tired just thinking about it.

50/50/50. 50 Full Ironman distance triathlons, in 50 states, in 50 consecutive days. Follow Jaybird athlete James Lawrence, The Iron Cowboy, as he aims to set a new world record.

Who is more powerful? A cyclist or a toaster? The Toaster Challenge popped up recently with some of the best cyclists in the world trying to power a 700w toaster long enough to make, well, toast.

World famous track cyclist Robert Förstemann battles a 700w toaster. Can he, with his 74cm legs, generate enough energy to create a golden-brown toast?

Headed to Snow Summit this summer? Make sure you bring bikes for the kids so the whole family can take advantage of the new pump track!
