Don’t know where you live, WannaBeSTi, but I live in Wisconsin, and of course you can ride a mountain bike in the snow. Might not be the best idea, especially when it’s rock under the snow, but you could ride a ’cross or road bike down that hill if you wanted to. (Mountain? Even in Wisconsin, we don’t call 1115 feet a mountain.)
