Shredits: Claudio Sends Windham, Zink Preps for 100ft Flip, Nicholi Rogatkin Kills it, and more!

The RedBull course previews with Claudio Caluori just keep getting better and better. This week Claudio is in New York preparing for the Windham World Cup. The Gstaad Scott team manager proves he definitely still has it as he sends the massive jumps near the end of the track. The live broadcast starts this evening on August 8th and you can watch it here.

Check out how the preparation for Cam Zink’s record back flip attempt is progressing, plus a whole lot more after the jump…

You might have heard that on Aug. 21, Cam Zink will be attempting to set the record for the longest mountain bike back flip from dirt to dirt at Mammoth Mountain. Hoping to clear 100 feet, Zink already looks pretty comfortable flipping to the air bag. To put 100 feet in perspective – Evel Knievel’s longest successful jump on a motorcycle was 133 feet. That’s obviously been smashed by today’s machines, but it helps to illustrate what Zink is attempting.

Not only is this a great edit, but it’s also some amazing riding from a relative unknown on the FMB World Tour. After seeing Nicholi Rogatkin’s clip, you can pretty much count on hearing his name more often…

From Kali:

Kali Protectives is proud to announce the launch of, “Kali’s Rookie Marvel: Nicholi Rogatkin”, a new edit featuring Kali athlete, Nicholi Rogatkin.

Rogatkin was a game changer in the BMX world when we met him five years ago, and in his rookie year on the FMB World Tour, he’s done nothing but impress us with his drive and ambition to push himself to the limit. We’ve seen tremendous growth in him on and off the bike as he’s been an integral part of the Kali brand, representing us worldwide in the freestyle MTB community.

With numerous podiums under his belt at the age of 18, he continues to kill it time and time again, currently 4th in the FMB Diamond Series and 7th in the FMB World Ranking.

We are super stoked to have him representing us and look forward to seeing him continue to smash the competition.
Major thanks to another one of our longstanding athletes and 11 time National Mountain Bike Trials Champion, Mike Steidley, for working with us and producing this edit. When not busy traveling the globe with his stunt shows Steidley heads up the production work at Vision Aerial Media.
