Chrome’s put together a limited edition exclusive series of cycling screenprints from New York City transplant (via Japan) Takuya “TAK” Sakamoto, who “has been exploring what it means to be a true “New Yorker” through the mediums of photography and being a pro bike messenger. He embodies everything (Chrome) builds for, and it is an honor to introduce his Chrome Artist Tee collection.” Tees in the series include: Ave of Americas, Crosby Street and Orchard Beach. You can check out all three, here.

mechawear cycling jewelry with bracelets earrings and more made brom bicycle chains

Mechawear makes some very pretty bracelets, earrings and more with coated chainrings and plates. They’ve also got a pretty neat little cycling fashion/lifestyle blog that captures some of the better parts of our two-wheeled culture from around the web. They’re a corporate sponsor of IMBA, too, so part of your purchases help support trail building and conservancy!

Rapha luggage collection includes backpacks, messenger bags, mess kits, dopp kits

Rapha’s new luggage collection includes items that don’t necessarily look like luggage, more like packs and bags, but hey. Semantics. Not shown is the pink backpack rain cover.

Rapha Brevet cycling jersey

Rapha’s new Brevet jersey is designed for the “brevet” style of riding, which is described by them thusly: “The “brevet” style of riding is one that is associated with checkpoints and markers to guide the way of cyclists across the countryside. It is not a race, but it is a bit more than a ride, and it is usually long (like 400k). There are a few features that have been incorporated into the design of the jersey — there is a waterproof chest pocket for your cue sheet, extra storage in the rear of the jersey, and a hi-visibility vest that is included (this is one requirement of the Brevet’s).”

Australia’s Apres Velo’s cycling inspired clothing is quite a bit more detailed than most, many with panels sewn on or contrast stitching to add visual interest. Above are a few of there new designs, with many of the same prints available in mens (top) and women’s (bottom right). They’ve also got some great kid’s designs like the yellow shirts, which says “A Metre Matters” on the bottom rear of the shirt.

We met the folks behind Endurance Conspiracy at Sea Otter and really liked their Star Wars and super hero themed T-shirts. Check out all their designs here.
