A tip on the downlow here: A Muddy Hell, the Halloween Cyclocross Race sponsored by Knog that takes place at London’s venerable Herne Hill velodrome, has had more places released for both the Seniors (E1234) and Go Cross (Novice, SS and fixed) races.

The original allocation of tickets was the fastest-selling in the whole history of the RiderHQ registration system, according to its founder, Nat Spurling. There are also still women’s and juniors’ places available.

The race has a £1000 prize list, from Knog, Condor bikes and many more, as well as creepy halloween costumes, the traditional ‘cross race-through-the-beer-tent arrangement, and many deviously surprising obstacles.
