If you’re headed to Lifeboat’s Dealer Camp in July, the lineup of goods keeps increasing, and now you might win a brand new 2011 Fox Racing Shox fork.  Shimano’s bringing their PRO components and Pearl Izumi clothing lines, too.

PRESS RELEASE: Shimano’s marketing team has decided that DealerCampâ„¢ is the way to go, committing to exhibit all three of its cycling brands–Shimano, PRO Bike Gear and Pearl Izumi–at the innovative outdoor demo and expo event for bicycle suppliers and retailers. Presented by Lifeboat Events, DealerCamp debuts July 29-31 at Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah.

“We were the first major component company to commit to DealerCamp,” said Jeff Schneider, senior marketing manager for Shimano. “When we heard about the outstanding demo and expo format Lifeboat Events is planning, we knew we had to be there. It’s the perfect venue for us to showcase our new products.”

With Shimano’s expanded involvement, the full line-up of exhibitors now totals 34 brands. Other recent additions include Fox Racing Shox, KMC Chain, Race Face and Terry. Many other companies have expressed strong interest in showcasing their 2011 products at the event.

Fox Racing Shox has upped the ante for retailers who register for DealerCamp now. The suspension company is donating two top-of-the-line 2011 forks, which will be awarded to two randomly selected retailers who register for the event by June 25.

All qualified retailers are welcome to attend DealerCamp. There is no entry fee. In addition, 100 retail businesses, selected with exhibitor input, are receiving free lodging and a travel subsidy to attend the event.

DealerCamp’s intimate format will allow suppliers and retailers to enjoy quality interactions while testing the latest equipment on epic roads and trails.

Lance Camisasca, president of Lifeboat Events, said DealerCamp aims to create the best possible environment for everyone involved. “We’re designing DealerCamp to be everything the industry needs in a B-to-B event,” said Camisasca. “In addition to providing an outstanding show environment, we’re facilitating national sales meetings and networking functions in conjunction with DealerCamp.”
