SEA OTTER CLASSIC 2010 – Ellsworth was showing some new anodized color options for the pivots, rocker arm and dropouts on their bikes, which according to Ellsworth should match up fairly well with items from Fox, SRAM, Chris King and now Crank Brothers (no anodizing run is going to exactly match another, but they targeted the high end components when developing their colors).

On the bike above, note the blue rocker arm and dropout, which match the water bottle cage bolts, seat clamp and the knobs and switches on the Fox shock and fork.  And there’s something you’re not seeing on this one that’s in plain view after the break…

The other colored item is the main pivot bolt that was hidden by the crankset on the built bike, but shown here. Color options include green, black, red and blue, and you could mix and match to your heart’s content.  There’s no upcharge to specify colors for the bolts on the suspension links or the dropout, but you need to be sure to mention your preference when ordering your bike or you’ll get the standard silver (clear).

The colored rocker arm is a $200 upcharge.
