Is it a fixie freestyler, is it a BMX, or is it really either? Well, according to the customer of this particular frame, it’s purpose will be primarily commuting, though it’s what frame maker the Nemesis Project describes as a ‘wolf in sheeps clothing.’

The geometry doesn’t sit far off that of a traditional BMX, especially in the seat and head angles, though at first glance, you could be forgiven for calling it a fixie freestyler – something the designer swears it’s not!

From some angles the BMX inspiration is clear.

Here’s a run down of the geometry and specs:

Headangle – 73.50
Seatangle – 72.00
Toptube – 2.5mm to 3.0mm longer than seattube measured center to center.
58mm BB drop comparable to most MTB frames.
Integrated headset.
Removable 990 brake mounts.
True-Temper supertherm main triangle.
True-Temper OX platinum chainstays.
Tange seatstays cut/bend at center of taper so both end taper out from bend.
Spanish, Euro or Mid BBs can be accomodated in the build.

If the design floats your boat, the Nemesis Project frames are available to order. Just pop an email over to the brand’s mastermind.

spanish and mid bbs are both press fit style bearings. Mid is slightly larger bearings. Both are common in the world of BMX. euro is your typical english threaded bb.
