Rudi P. (82) was first convicted for stealing bikes in 1947 when he was 20 years old. Every time he is released from prison he steals another bike and is sent right back. He has spent almost 46 years behind bars for stealing bicycles. In his later years, he has been nick named Buffalo Bill by local police for his white mustache.
Rudi P. is currently serving his 45th prison term and is scheduled to be released again in October of 2010.
